The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a single traveler like me looking to relax after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its excellent Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely restaurant. The staff even helped me find a lost jewel during my first stay, which I'll never forget. They consistently provide great service.

It was just a proper fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Pasadena with very good value for money. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Karen at the Lounge, who catered to my special food requirements. Check if the kitchen can accommodate your meal preferences.

Now, about that elevator… stuck for over 15 minutes! When someone finally got us out, they casually mentioned ongoing issues. Plus, our A/C was feeling more like a lazy fan. Moody bathroom lighting doesn't quite cut it, either!
